I’m Lisa Adams, a proud member of The Gus Anthony Team — one of the top-producing real estate teams in Northern Virginia. My career path has been anything but ordinary, giving me a unique blend of skills and experiences that I now bring to my clients.

Before becoming a licensed agent, I spent more than seven years with Keller Williams Realty as the Director of First Impressions, supporting the Broker in office operations and client service. Earlier in my career, I worked in the IT field, but my most rewarding role was stepping away to raise my three children and support my husband. During that time, I discovered a true passion for real estate and helping people find the perfect place to call home.
